Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Absolutely NO teen-age parties/loud music. This home comfortably accommodates 12~14 guests. Additional guest fee applies to all guests above 12. Please keep your guest count to what is stated during reservation. Please advise us in advance if you are expecting or plan to entertain visitors. Any unauthorized guests will be charged $100/guest/night. House Rules: Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee to sanitize and de-smoke the home. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance and will authorize depending on availability. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost plus cost of replacement. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM These hours are strictly enforced. Neighbors have elderly parents, who go to bed early. The overall peace and quiet of the neighborhood must be maintained at all times. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in you being evicted and having to leave immediately without any refund.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid besides security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
