About the space

Looking for a subletter for the Spring 2024 semester! The room is well furnished, with a twin sized bed, a desk, a dresser, clothing rack, couch, tv, and additional storage included. The apartment is located on one of the streets behind Carmichael Hall and the Residential Quad, with immediate access to campus. With six windows, the room also has great natural sunlight, easing you up in the morning and creating a great atmosphere for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. In terms of utilities, water is included, while electricity, gas, and wifi are shared among all four roommates in the apartment.
